I have 20 years of experience as a tutor, and I find the pursuit incredibly gratifying. I enjoy working with students individually and helping them make progress towards their eventual success. I started out teaching test prep courses for the SAT and ACT, but eventually began tutoring on my own. I've continued to tutor through my bachelor's degree in journalism and my masters degree in English at Wayne State University. I'm excited to help students with English, literature, grammar, writing, reading, ESL, study skills, and test preparation for the ACT, SAT, GRE, and others. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, sports, philosophy, business, spending time with family, keeping up with current affairs, and playing the guitar.
